Annette Frances (Peruski) Niemoth,
68, of Mesa, Ariz. passed away Friday, Nov. 16, 2007 at the Spring
Dale
Village Nursing Home in Mesa, Ariz.
after a battle with cancer.
Annette was born June 11, 1939 in
Minden Township, to the late Enoch and Rose (Miller) Peruski.
Annette was a 1957 graduate of Ss.
Peter and Paul High School. She loved her family, especially
her children
and grandchildren.
Annette is survived by her children,
Scott Niemoth and his wife, Jackie, of Crestwood, Ill., Holly
Niemoth of
Mesa, Ariz. and Jason Niemoth and
his wife, Erica, of Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Brianna
Niemoth and Scott Niemoth Jr., both of Crestwood, Ill. and Eric
Tello Jr. of Mesa, Ariz.; five brothers, Eugene Peruski and his
wife, Genevieve, of Minden City, Leroy Peruski and his wife,
Mary Lou, of East China, Jim Peruski and his wife, Feliza, of
Lehigh Acres, Fla., Daniel Peruski and his wife, Betty, of Sparta,
Tenn. and Jerry Peruski and his wife, Cathy, of Country Club
Hills, Ill.; and one sister, Virginia Miller of Harbor Beach.
Annette was preceded in death by
one brother-in-law, David Miller.
Cremation has taken place in Mesa,
Ariz. Burial will be in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Parisville
in the
spring.
Arrangements are being handled by
the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly.
