Mrs. Lydia Nielsen
WAUPACA - Funeral services for Mrs.
Lydia Nielsen, 76, of Oregon, Wis., formerly of Waupaca, who
died
Wednesday at 9:40 p.m. at Riverside
Community Hospital here, will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Trinity
Lutheran Church. The Rev. A. S. Petersen will officiate and
burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Born Dec. 8, 1889, in the Town of
Wolff [Wolf] River, the former Lydia Niemuth was married to Henry
Nielsen on Sept. 10, 1914. He preceded
her in death in 1950. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs.
Robert Magdans of Appleton; two sons, Gordon of Waupaca, and
Henry
of Oregon; four brothers, William
and Frank Niemuth of Marion, and Oscar and Alvin Niemuth of Clintonville;
seven sisters, Mrs. Erna Miller of Manawa, Mrs. Agnes Flink,
Mrs. Lucille Arndt and Mrs. Esther Genshow, all of Clintonville;
Mrs. Ella Kopitzke of Cecil, Mrs. Clara Lucht of Waukesha, ond
[and] Mrs. Sophia Luiten of Spokane, Wash.; seven grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Holly Funeral
Home here after 4 p.m. today and from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday
and then
at the church after noon until the
time of service.
