Mrs. Bertha Eckstein
- WINNECONNE - Funeral services for
Mrs. Bertha Eckstein, 87, Rt. 1, Larsen, will be Monday at 2
p.m.
- at Grace Lutheran Church, Winchester,
the Rev. Vernon Keszler officiation. Burial will be in Allenville
Cemetery.
- Mrs. Eckstein died at 7:20 p.m.
Friday at Theda Clark Hospital, Neenah.
- The former Bertha Niemuth was born
in Wisconsin on Jan. 22, 1880. She married Louis Eckstein on
June
- 29, 1902. He died in 1937. A resident
of the Larsen area all her life, she was a member of the Grace
Lutheran Church, its Ladies Aid Society and the Progressive Homemakers.
- Survivors include five sons, William,
Oscar and Abe, Rt. 1, Oshkosh, Louis and Waldo, Larsen; two
- daughters, Mrs. Merle Lee, Neenah,
and Mrs. William Olson, Rt. 2, Neenah; one brother, Louis Niemuth,
Appleton; 26 grandchildren and 57 great-grandchildren.
- Friends may call at the Mueller
Funeral Home, Winneconne, after 3 p.m. Sunday until 11 a.m. Monday,
- then at the church from noon.
