- In the Matter of the Estate of Arthur
J. Niemuth (a/k/a) Art Niemuth and Arthur Niemuth, Deceased.
- Application for letters of administration
and for taking proofs of who are the heirs having been filed
in the
- estate of Arthur J. Niemuth (a/k/a),
Art Niemuth and Arthur Niemuth, deceased, late of the City of
Oshkosh in said County, and all the heirs having consented thereto
in writing.
- Notice is hereby given that all
claims against the said Arthur J. Niemuth (a/k/a), Art Niemuth
and Arthur
- Niemuth, deceased, laste of our
City of Oshkosh in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, must be presented
to said County Court at the City of Oshkosh, in said County,
on or before the 4th day of October, 1954, or be ba__ed, and
that all such claims and demands will be examined and adjusted
and proofs of who are the heirs of said decedent will be taken
at a term of said Court to be held at the Courthouse in the City
of Oshkosh, in said County, on Tuesday, the 5th day of October,
1954, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day.
