NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
STATE of Wisconsin. in Circuit Court. Winnebago County.
Roy C. Kittleson, as adminstrator of the Estate of Peter J. Larsen, also known as P J Larsen and Peter
Larsen, deceased, Plaintiff, vs. Frank Niemuth and Bessie Niemuth, husband and wife, Louisa Hartfeld, also known as Louisa Hartfield, Alvina Hoffman, Laura Berndt, Esther Dorow, Carolina Pomeranke, also known as Caroline Pomranke, and Emilie A. Niemuth, administratrix of the Estate of Edward Niemuth, deceased, Defendants.
By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale herein entered April 4, 1936, and by virtue of an order
herein authorizing the conduct of such sale pursuant to the statutes in such case made and entered April 17, 1937, I, Paul Neubauer, Sheriff of Winnebago County, Wisconsin, will sell at Public Auction at the north door of the Court House in the City of Oshkosh, said County of Winnebago, on the 3rd day of June, 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, the mortgaged premises described in said judgment as follows:
The following lands and premises situated in the County of Winnebago, State of Wisconsin, to wit -
The South One-half (S 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33) of Township
Twenty (20) North of Range Fifteen (15) East, excepting and reserving therefrom the South One-quarter (S 1/4) of the West One-half (W 1/2) thereof.
Also the North Thirty (30) acres of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Section Thirty-four (34) of Township Twenty (20) North of Range Fifteen (15) East.
Terms of sale cash subject to the provision of said order. Dated April 17, 1937, Paul Neubauer, Sheriff of
