follow this easy tutorial...
Download the zip file. Open it and save it into a file that you want it. I keep them in a file called OE stationery (not the Microsoft Shared one) and the ones that match tags, I keep them in the signature folder of that tagmakers name. When you go to your folder to find the file, it will look like a little envelope. Making sure that you have the identity you want your email sent out under, double-click on the envelope and there is your stationery all ready to write an email. It is actually in your OE email just like if you opened up a blank one from your mail.

#1. download zip file
#2. open and save to designated folder
#3. double click the little envelope
#4. write and send your email
