Nipper Management Solutions, Inc. announced today that it will formally
apply for a one (1) year Federal Grant of up to $200,000 from the
Department of Energy (DOE) for advance research and development of
Petrol Diesel and Waste Oil technology under the DOE's Inventions and
Innovations Program, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy
(EERE), and Office of Industrial Technologies (OIT) grants program.  The
effort will be centered in Pinellas County, Florida and target existing and
future technological application, prototype development and testing,
infrastructure analysis, and conceptual validation and results.

The company also announced that Mr. Frank Hersman has accepted the
position of Program Manager for the proposed effort and will direct the
corporation's efforts in securing DOE funding and follow-on contract award.
