It appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court from disinterested and Creditable Testimony that Solomon Tabor land in this Commonwealth an Actual Setler on land reputed to be Vacant in this County said Tabor wishes to appropriate 350 Acres to include his improvement and the same is ordered to be certified to the Register of the Land Office.
