     Sibyl (Howe) (Stone) Sawtell was born in 1772, daughter of Isaac and Sibyl Howe of New Ipswich.²

Sibyl was first married to Capt. Ebenezer Stone, and second to Josiah Sawtell, Esq., of Rindge.²

She married Moses Hale, son of Moses Hale and Abigail Emerson, on 29 January 1829 as his second wife and her third husband.¹

     

She married Daniel Jewett Hale, son of Pemberton Hale and Susannah Jewett , daughter of Deacon George and Sarah Jewett, as his first wife.¹

     Theodore Cummings Howe was born on 4 May 1846 in Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, son of Daniel and Hannah (Lincoln) (Cook) Howe.¹

Theodore enlisted at Braintree as a private 7 Dec 1863, in the 3d Mass. Cavalry, and was discharged at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, as a quartermaster sergeant 28 Sep 1865. He was made a first lieutenant, 5 Oct 1865. He participated in these engagements in the Shenandoah Valley— Front Royal, Luray Road, Woodstock and Edinburg.¹

He married Sarah Elizabeth Brown, daughter of Jonathan Ball Brown and Elizabeth Green Clark, on 17 March 1867 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹

In 1906, Theodore Cummings Howe was a clerk in the United States Navy.¹

     Theodore Frederick Howe was born on 29 August 1876 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of William Alwyn Howe and Fannie Stuart Ehrlacher.¹

In 1906, Theodore Frederick Howe was paymaster's clerk in the U. S. Navy on the Des Moines.¹

     Walter Channing Howe was born on 19 August 1850 in Shrewsbury, Worcester County, Massachusetts. He was the son of Samuel Ingersoll Howe and Sarah H. Carter.

He married Ellen Francis Gleason on 29 August 1883.

     William Alwyn Howe was born on 15 August 1867 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Theodore Cummings Howe and Sarah Elizabeth Brown.¹

William Alwyn Howe was a foreman in a shoe manufactory.¹

He married Fannie Stuart Ehrlacher on 21 May 1886 in Ipswich.¹

     Anne Howell was born about 1587.²

She married John Parmelee on 15 May 1608 in All Saints Church, Lewes, East Sussex, England.¹

     Molly Howes was born on 31 October 1779 in Hawley, Franklin County, Massachusetts.

She married Moses Rice, son of Moses Rice and Ruth Pierce, in February 1800 in Charlemont?

She married John Miller, son of John Miller and Margaret Winslow, on 23 January 1707.¹

He married Bathsheba Cary, daughter of David Cary and Elizabeth ---(?)---.¹

     Mary R. (Randall) Howland was born on 7 November 1859 in London, Middlesex, England, daughter of Edward Randall and Annie Fear.¹

She married Francis C. Woodbury, son of Nathan Silver Woodbury and Lydia Boynton, on 11 November 1902 in Meredith, Belknap County, New Hampshire.² She left a will on 30 September 1938.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Mary H. Woodbury, of Meredith in the County of Belknap, State of New Hampshire, A single woman, considering the un-certainty of life and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, in manner following:

FIRST: I direct my executor, here-in-after named, to pay all just claims against my estate as soon as may be after my decease.

SECOND: After the payment of all claims, taxes and expenses, the net residue of my estate, of every description, converted in cash, shall be divided among the following Societies and individuals, To wit:

One-eighth part thereof, I give and bequeath unto the Woman's American Baptist Foreign Society of New York.

One-eighth part thereof, I give and bequeath unto the Woman's American Baptist Home Mission Society of New York.

Three-eighths thereof, I give and bequeath unto my step-son Wilbert M. Woodbury, and the remaining Three-eighths thereof, I give and bequeath unto my three step-grand-sons, Earl N. Woodbury, Jr., John Francis Woodbury and Leon Farnum Woodbury, in equal shares.

THIRD: I hereby appoint Daniel E. Eaton of said Meredith, sole Executor of this will, hereby revoking all former wills by ME. at any time made.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this Thirtieth day of September, in the year of Our Lord Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-eight.
