     Eugenia G. Houghton was born on 14 December 1862 in Bolton, Worcester County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Marcellus Houghton and Catherine Charlotte Fogg. The census of 1880 shows Eugenia G. Houghton in the household of Marcellus Houghton and Catherine C. Houghton, at Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.¹

     Florence Elsada Houghton was born on 15 March 1846 in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine. She was the daughter of Calvin M. Houghton and Marie Antoinette Billings.

     Florine Houghton was born in 1866 or 1867 in Wisconsin.¹ She was the daughter of Cyrus Parsons Houghton and Aresta Hawks.¹ The census of 1880 shows Florine Houghton in the household of Cyrus P. Houghton and Aresta Houghton, at Algoma, Winnebago, Wisconsin.¹

     Frances Eugene Houghton was born on 7 June 1842 in Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Marcellus Houghton and Catherine Charlotte Fogg.

She married Ephraim Whitcomb Houghton on 16 May 1860.¹

The census of 1870 shows Ephraim Houghton, 38, a farmer with $8000 real estate and $1000 personal estate, and Frances Eugene Houghton, 28, keeping house, listed with Emmagine A. Houghton and Hattie M. Houghton living at West Berlin P.O., Harvard, Worcester County, Massachusetts. Also living there were Charles H. Newhall, 38, a farm laborer; and Betsy Houghton, 70, keeping house.²

The census of 1880 shows Ephraim W. Houghton, Ephraim was a farmer. His daughter Emorgene was a teacher. Also in the household was a farm laborer, Joshua Barrett, 23, and Frances E. Houghton, listed with Emorgene A. Houghton and Hattie M. Houghton living at Harvard, Worcester County, Massachusetts.³

She died on 25 June 1899 in Harvard, at age 57.

     Frank E. Houghton was born in January 1889 in Maine.¹ He was the son of Charles Ansel Houghton and Alice Frances Soule.¹

The census of 1920 shows Frank E. Houghton living at Kennebec County, Maine.²

The census of 1930 shows Frank E. Houghton, age 41, a woolen mill finisher, living at Fairfield, Somerset County, Maine.³

He died in 1949 in Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.⁴ He was buried in Springer Cemetery, Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.⁴

     Frank H. Houghton was born in 1842 or 1843 in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine.¹ He was the son of Deacon Henry Houghton and Melinda Bryant. The census of 1860 shows Frank H. Houghton, 17, a clerk, in the household of Susan J. Houghton, at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.²

He married Louisa Goodrich.

     Frank Rewel Houghton was born on 31 July 1850 in Hallowell, Kennebec County, Maine.¹ He was the son of Daniel Gunn Houghton and Susan Jane Jacobs. The census of 1860 shows Frank R. Houghton, age 9, attending school, in the household of Daniel G. Houghton and Susan J. Houghton, at Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.²

He married Edna A. Locke on 14 September 1879 in Hallowell.³

The census of 1900 shows Frank Rewel Houghton, age 49, farmer, living at Sidney.⁴

He died in 1911 in Sidney.⁵ He was buried in Barnard or Field Cemetery, Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.⁶

     George A. Houghton was born in August 1881 in Maine.¹ He was the son of Charles Ansel Houghton and Alice Frances Soule.

He married Florence S. Barr on 7 October 1903 in Oakland, Kennebec County, Maine.^2,1

He died in 1939 in Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.² He was buried in Springer Cemetery, Sidney, Kennebec County, Maine.²

     

George Edmond Houghton was a tailor at Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was born on 15 April 1853 in Warwick, Franklin County, Massachusetts.² He was the son of Marcellus Houghton and Catherine Charlotte Fogg. The census of 1860 shows George E. Houghton, 7, at school, in the household of Marcellus Houghton and Catherine C. Houghton, at Harvard P.O., Bolton, Worcester County, Massachusetts.³

He married Amy Frances Beaubone on 28 April 1880.²

The census of June 1880 shows Geo. E. Houghton, age 27, provision dealer, and Amy F. Houghton living at Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁴

He married Mary A. Brown in 1894 or 1895.⁵

The census of 1900 shows George Edmond Houghton, age 47, general manager for beef company, living at Ward 6, Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁶

     Gertrude E. Houghton was born on 17 September 1890 in Minnesota.¹ She was the daughter of Abel Howard Houghton and Laura E. Winslow. The census of 1900 shows Gertrude E. Houghton in the household of Abel H. Houghton and Laura Houghton, at Fair Haven Township, Stearns County, Minnesota.²

The census of 1930 shows Gertrude E. Houghton, age 39, servant to Guy and Harriett Allen, living at Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.³

She died on 15 April 1964 in Hennepin County, Minnesota, at age 73.⁴ She was buried on 17 April 1964 in Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

     Hariett Houghton was born in March 1893 in Minnesota.¹ She was the daughter of Abel Howard Houghton and Laura E. Winslow. The census of 1900 shows Hariett Houghton in the household of Abel H. Houghton and Laura Houghton, at Fair Haven Township, Stearns County, Minnesota.¹

     Harriet H. Houghton was born on 21 July 1804 in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine. She was the daughter of Major Jonathan Houghton and Rachael Hale.

She died on 3 September 1804 in Waterford.
