     Mary Hale was born on 5 July 1807.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Hale and Alice Little.¹

She died on 13 March 1859 at age 51.¹

     Mary A. Hale is the daughter of Mordecai Hale and Jane Harvey.¹

     Mary Alice Hale was born on 6 March 1873.¹ She was the daughter of Benjamin Hale and Lucy Balch Hale.¹

She died on 8 August 1873.¹

     Mary Ann Hale was born in 1812 in Winchendon, Worcester County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Daniel Hale and Mary Hall.¹

She died in 1832.¹

     Mary Ann Hale was born on 5 June 1804 in Brookfield, Worcester County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Perley Hale and Hannah Edmands.¹

She died on 7 April 1877 at age 72 unmarried.¹

     

Mary C. Hale was founder and owner of the American Needlework Center in Georgetown and a former president of the Junior League of Washington and the Sulgrave Club.²
Mary and George lived at Washington, D.C..² She was born in 1904 or 1905 in Austria.³ She was the daughter of Chandler Hale and Rachel S. Cameron.¹ She appeared on the census of 1910 in the household of her parents, Chandler Hale and Rachel C. Hale, at Washington, D.C..³ The census of 1910 shows Mary Hale, 15, in the household of Rachael Hale, at Washington.⁴ She was graduated in 1925 from Bryn Mawr College.²

She married George Howland Chase in 1929 or 1930 in Poplar Hill on His Lordship's Kindness.²

She died on 15 February 1988 in Carriage Hill Nursing Center, Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, She died of strokes and other complications resulting from a fall Dec. 9 in front of her home in Washington. The Bryn Mawr College web site states that the "Computing Center" was named "Guild Hall," after the proceeds of a trust established by her mother, Rachel C. Hale, came to the College following Mary Hale Chase's death.²

     Mary Dean Hale was born on 15 March 1876.¹ She was the daughter of Josiah Little Hale and Annie Skinner Pierce.¹

     Mary Eddy Hale was born in 1854 or 1855 in New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Robert Safford Hale and Lovina Sibley Stone.¹ The census of 1880 shows Mary E. Hale, daughter, 25, at home, in the household of Robert S. Hale and Lovina Hale, at Elizabethtown, Essex County, New York.² She lived with Lovina Sibley Stone in 1889 at Elizabethtown.¹

     Mary Elizabeth Hale was born say 1844. She was the daughter of Daniel K. Hale.¹

She married Nathaniel Moody Ilsley, son of Paul Ilsley and Mary Moody.¹

     Mary Emery Hale was born on 17 April 1785.¹ She was the daughter of Moses Hale and Elizabeth Emery.¹

     Mary Emory Hale was born on 12 January 1800.¹ She was the daughter of William Hale and Sarah Quarles.¹

She married William White.¹

     Mary Fletcher Hale was born in November 1869.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Hale and Mary Elizabeth Fletcher.¹

She died in December 1869.¹

     Mary Foss Burleigh Hale was born on 29 November 1813 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Oliver Hale and Mary Foss.¹

She married Peter Moses Hersey.¹

     Mary Gilman Hale is the daughter of Rev. John Gardner Hale and Jane Phila Dwinnell.¹
