She married Roscoe Raymond Neal, son of Jotham S. Neal and Violet Rebecca Pierce, on 16 April 1919 in Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois.1

The census of 1920 shows R. Raymond Neal, a home farm laborer, and Claribel Neal living at Medina Twp., Peoria County, Illinois.2 She was a member of the Mossville United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star Central City Chapter 42 and Daughters of the Nile.1

From 1956 to 1966, Claribel Neal was a bookkeeper for Behm and Haggman Seed Store at Peoria.1
As of 1992, Claribel lived at 5533 Galena Road, Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois.1

She died on 7 October 1992 in Galena Park Nursing Home, Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, at age 94.1 She was buried in Swan Lake Memory Gardens, Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois.1
