Eunice Fletcher was born on 20 March 1763 in Westford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, daughter of Zechariah and Eunice.1
She married Oliver Hale, son of Corporal Benjamin Hale and Mary Taylor, between 1775 and 1790 in Gray, Cumberland County, Maine, where he went on an ox-sled to be married, and brought his wife home the same way.2
She died on 4 October 1830 in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine, at age 67. She was buried in Elm Vale Cemetery, Waterford, Oxford County, Maine.
