Phebe Dresser was born on 29 April 1762 in Rowley, Essex County, Massachusetts, daughter of Capt. Daniel Dresser.1 She and Samuel Perley published their marriage intention on 24 March 1798.1
She died on 25 February 1850 in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts, at age 87 of "old age at the residence of her son Daniel.1 She and Samuel Perley were buried in Harmony Cemetery, East Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, Phebe's epitaph reads: "All the days of my appointed time will I wait."2
