     Lavina Ames was born on 11 October 1829 in North Bridgewater (now Brockton), Plymouth County, Massachusetts, daughter of Nathaniel and Sally Ames.²

She married Jonathan Keith, son of Capt. Ziba Keith and Sally Cary, on 7 May 1848 in South Congregational Church, Campello, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, as his first wife. He was listed as a shoemaker.¹

She died on 22 September 1850 at age 20.³

     Said to be "of Chelsea, Suffolk County, Massachusetts."¹ Marietta Clark Ames was born on 28 April 1852 in Chelsea, daughter of Job and Mary C. Ames.^2,3

She married Clarence E. Woodward, son of William Elliot Woodward and Clarissa Eliza Roys, on 15 December 1881 in Chelsea, Clarence was a trader. They were married by W. Spaulding, clergyman.² Mrs. C. E. Woodward and C. E. Woodward embarked from Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia, Canada, on the "Boston."⁴
"To the heirs at law, next of kin and all other persons interested in the estate of Job Ames, late of Chelsea, in [Suffolk] County, deceased: Whereas certain instruments purporting to the last will and testament--and two codicels--of said deceased have been presented to said Court, for probate, by Marietta C. A. Woodward , of Melrose, in the County of Middlesex, who prays that letters of administration with the will annexed may be issued to Fred C. Ames and Clarence E. Woodward without giving a surety on their bonds, or to some other suitable persons:--You are hereby cited to appear at a Probate Court, to be held at Boston, in said County of Suffolk, on the twenty-third day of July, A.D. 1896, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to show cause, if any you have, why the same should not be granted. And said petitioner is hereby directed to give public notice thereof, by publishing this citation once each week for three successive weeks, in the Boston Daily Advertiser, a newspaper published in said Boston, the last publication to be one day, at least, before said Court, and by mailing, post-paid, or delivering a copy of this citation to all known persons interested in the estate, seven days at least before said Court. Witness, John W. McKim, Esquire, Judge of said Court, this eighth day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six.⁵' Arrived at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, on 11 August 1896.⁴ Home address was listed as at Melrose Highlands, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁴

The census of 1900 shows Clarence E. Woodward, 43, a stock broker, and Marietta C. Woodward, 48, listed with Ernest A. Woodward, Mary A. Woodward and Helen L. Woodward living at 141 Walton Park, Melrose, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁶

She died on 16 November 1909 in 141 Walton Park, Melrose, at age 57. She was buried on 19 November 1909 in Forest Hills Cemetery, Jamaica Plain, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, She was buried from 7 to 14 ft in front of headstone, centered in the same location as Ethel Ames Woodward, to right of Clarence E. & Mary A. Woodward, and to left of W. Elliot & Alice B. Woodward in Lot 1543 Arethusa Path.

     

He married Rebekah Hale, daughter of John Hale and Elizabeth Hall.¹

     Ruby F. Ames of Pembroke, N.H. was born on 7 May 1821.¹

She married Francis Morse, son of Peter Morse and Abigail Webster, on 17 September 1845.¹

     

She married Simeon Otis Reynolds, son of Simeon Reynolds and Mary Snell, in March 1836.¹

     

She married John Gilbert M.D., son of Richard Gilbert and Lois Moss, in 1832 in Lyons, Wayne County, New York.

     Charles Amory was born about May 1808 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, son of Thomas Coffin and Hannah Rowe (Linzee) Amory.^1,2

He married Martha Babcock Greene, daughter of Gardiner Greene and Elizabeth Clarke Copley, on 15 October 1832.¹

He died on 10 February 1898 in 41 Bellevue, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, of old age.²

     

She married Gen. William Raymond Lee, son of Lieut. William Raymond Lee II and Hannah Tracy, in 1842.¹

     

She was daughter of Thomas C. and Hannah (Linzee) Amory of Boston.¹

She married William Hickling Prescott, son of Hon. William Prescott and Catherine Green Hickling daughter of Thomas Hickling, Esq., on 4 May 1820.¹

She died after 28 January 1859.¹

     

He married Alice Sears, daughter of Ernest F. "Ernie" Sears and Ellenor Rae Howe.¹

He died on 14 October 1791.¹

     Abraham Anderson was born on 18 August 1708 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of John Anderson and Rebecca Waite.

He married Bethshua Farr before 1732.¹

He married Anna Collins after 1751, as his second wife.¹

He died on 25 December 1768 in Windham, Cumberland County, Maine, at age 60.¹

     Abraham Anderson was born on 18 September 1737 in Littleton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Abraham Anderson and Bethshua Farr.¹
