Henrietta Cox was born in 1883 or 1884 in East Braintree, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, daughter of James and Henrietta (Hamilton) Cox.2,1
She married George H. Alexander, son of Edwin G. Alexander and Nellie S. Blake, on 11 June 1907 in Hyde Park, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, George was a train baggage master, and Henrietta was at home. They were married by William H. Dewart, a Milton clergyman.3
The census of 1910 shows George H. Alexander, 34, a railroad baggage handler, and Henrietta Alexander, 26 living at Hyde Park.4
As of 12 September 1918, Henrietta and George lived at 83 Beacon St, Hyde Park, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.5
The census of 1920 shows George H. Alexander, 42, a conductor on the N.Y. & N.H., and Henrietta Alexander, 37, listed with George H. Alexander Jr., Edwin J. Alexander, Henrietta H. Alexander, Ruth M. Alexander and Charles H. Alexander living at 83 Beacon St, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.6
The census of 1930 shows George H. Alexander, 54, a conductor for a steam railroad, owner of a $5500 home, and Henrietta Alexander, 46, listed with Edwin J. Alexander, George H. Alexander Jr., Frank N. Alexander, Henrietta H. Alexander, Ruth M. Alexander and Charles H. Alexander living at 83 Beacon St, Boston.7
