Alexander, 10, attending school, in the household of Ely Alexander, at Bow.4 The census of 1870 shows Edwin G. Alexander, 21, a farmer with $350 personal estate, in the household of Willowby Alexander and Sarah Alexander, at Bow.5

He married Nellie S. Blake on 31 December 1870 in Bow.1,6
Edwin lived at the Andrew Gault farm on the river road, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.1

In 1876, Edwin Alexander was a farmer.7 The census of 1880 shows Edwin G. Alexander, a farm laborer, in the household of Williby C. Alexander and Sarah A. Alexander, at Bow.8 He and Nellie S. Blake were divorced in 1884.1

He married Lucia Grey Swett, daughter of Samuel Swett and Lucia Gray.1

The census of 1900 shows Edwin G. Alexander, 51, a farmer, and George A. Alexander, 24, a farm laborer living at Bow.5

He married Henrietta Cox on 11 June 1907 in Hyde Park, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, George was a train baggage master, and Henrietta was at home. They were married by William H. Dewart, a Milton clergyman.6

In 1908, George Herbert Alexander was a brakeman.2
