     Natalie Vivian Colby was born on 22 October 1912 in Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.³ She was the daughter of Arthur Sherman Colby and Eva May Bennett.^1,2 The census of 1920 shows Natalie V. Colby, 7, at school, in the household of Arthur S. Colby and Eva M. Colby, at 776 Hanover Street, Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.⁴

She married Willis C. Hendrick on 6 June 1936 in Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California.³

She died on 14 January 1992 in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California, at age 79.³

     Nathan Colby was born on 19 August 1993 in Texas.² He is the son of Duane Scott Colby and Teresa Jean Horton.¹

     Nathan Colby was born on 20 February 1710 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Joseph Colby and Anne Bartlett.

     Nathaniel Colby was born on 28 July 1798 in Dunbarton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² He was the son of Archelaus Colby and Jemima Johnson.¹

He married Hepsibeth Woodbury, daughter of Hazadiah Woodbury Jr. and Hepzibah Colby, on 2 August 1827 in Dunbarton, . They were fourth cousins.³ He and Moses W. Woodbury were members of about 1847 The Methodist Society was formed.⁴

The census of 1850 shows Nathaniel Colby, Nathaniel was a farmer with $2,000 real estate. His sons Albert and James were also farmers, and Hepsibeth Woodbury, listed with Albert W. Colby, James Colby, Elizabeth A. Colby, Nathaniel Colby, Lyman W. Colby and Moses N. Colby living at Dunbarton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.⁵ Said to be "a respectable, well-to-do farmer," he was elected selectman several times, and in 1851 was reurned to the Legislature.⁶

He died on 22 March 1872 in Dunbarton, at age 73.⁷ He was buried in East Dunbarton Cemetery, Dunbarton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.⁸

In 1880, Nathaniel J. Colby was a member of the New Hampshire legislature.⁵

     Nelley Colby was born on 28 September 1867 in Salisbury, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of George S. Colby and Ann M. Heath.¹ The census of 1880 shows Nellie Colby in the household of Henry Colby and Ann M. Colby, at Boscawen, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.³

     Nellie A. Colby was born in May 1859 in Union, Knox County, Maine.^2,3 She was the daughter of Symmes Sawyer Colby and Ellen Severance.¹ The census of 1870 shows Ellen Colby, 11, in the household of Stephen C. Colby and Ellen Colby, at Goffstown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.⁴

The census of 1880 shows John W. Merrill, 28, a farmer, divorced, and Nellie A. Colby, 21, housekeeper living at Goffstown. They were living in the home of John's parents, Lorenzo G. and Sarah R. Merrill.⁵

She married John W. Merrill on 17 November 1880 in Goffstown.⁶

The census of 1910 shows John W. Merrill, 58, and Nellie Merrill, 51, listed with Angus Merrill, Wesley Merrill, Herman F. Merrill, Cora Merrill and Ralph Merrill living at 40 High Street, Danvers, Essex County, Massachusetts. They also had two boarders, John Roache, 23, clerk in a restaurant; and William Hagar, 28, a streetcar conductor.¹³

The census of 1920 shows John W. Merrill, 66, and Nellie A. Merrill, 60, listed with Grace C. Merrill, Angus F. Merrill and Herman F. Merrill living at 66 High Street, Danvers, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹⁴

     Nellie J. Colby was born on 9 November 1866 in Goffstown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.^1,2 She was the daughter of Francis O. Colby and Carrie Farley.¹ The census of 1880 shows Nellie J. Colby in the household of Francis O. Colby and Carrie Colby, at Goffstown.³

She married Lafayette S. Lakeman on 22 April 1891 in Goffstown.^4,2 In 1897, Nellie J. Colby and Lafayette S. Lakeman were living with Nellie's parents, Francis & Caroline Colby.⁴

She died on 4 February 1902 at age 35.

     Nellie M. Colby was born in September 1894 in Bucksport, Hancock County, Maine.¹ She was the daughter of Walter E. Colby and Martha A. Gott.¹ The census of 1900 shows Nellie M. Colby, 5, in the household of Walter E. Colby and Martha A. Colby, at Bucksport.²
