     Anita Elaine Colby was born on 6 August 1944 in Ramsey County, Minnesota.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Dallas Colby and Dolores Mae Nelson.¹

     Ann Colby was born on 27 November 1718 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Colby and Anne Bartlett.

She married Moses Wells.

     Ann C. Colby was born on 24 April 1812 in Boscawen, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Joseph Colby and Hannah Hoyt.¹

     Ann M. Colby was born on 8 February 1830 in Hebron, Grafton County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Luther Colby and Hannah R. Page.¹

She died on 12 November 1850 in Haverhill, Grafton County, New Hampshire, at age 20 She never married.^1,3 She was buried in Horse Meadow Cemetery, Grafton County, New Hampshire.³

     Anna Colby was born Aug 17 or 19, 1747 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.³ She was the daughter of Abraham Colby and Elizabeth Blaisdell.^1,2 She was baptized on 22 May 1748 in First Church, Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.²

She married Stephen Eastman in 1767 in Newton, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.^3,4
As of before 1778, Anna and Stephen lived at Newton.⁵ In 1778, Anna and Stephen bought the farm at the northerly base of Wood Hill, in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire,, opposite the junction of the Hammond road with the main road.⁵ In 1806, Anna and Stephen sold farm in Bow, and removed to Billemead, now Sutton, VT. Their descendants resided in Wheelock, Sutton, Lyndon, and Charlestown, VT, and in Milton, NH.⁵

     Anna Colby was born in 1866 or 1867 in New Hampshire.¹ She was the daughter of Irad Colby and Azuba A. Whitcher.¹ The census of 1870 shows Anna Colby, 3, in the household of Willowby Colby and Betsey Colby, at Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.¹

     Anna E. Colby was born on 4 May 1846 in Framingham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.² She was the daughter of James Lloyd Colby and Elizabeth Caroline Bill.¹

She married Edward M. Lincoln on 7 December 1865 in Framingham, by George E. Hill, Congregational clergyman.³

     Anna Louise Colby was born on 31 January 1919 in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.³ She is the daughter of George William Colby and Cora Belle Whitcher.^1,2 The census of 1930 shows Anna L. Colby, 11, daughter of George and Annabelle, attending school, in the household of James A. Colby and Nettie M. Colby, at Litchfield, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.⁴

     Anna May Colby was born on 27 February 1878 in Brownsdale, Mower County, Minnesota.^1,2 She was the daughter of Amos Colby and Mary E. Stevens.¹ The census of 1880 shows Anna May Colbey in the household of Amos Colbey and Mary Colbey, at Waltham, Mower County, Minnesota.³

     Anne Colby was born on 28 March 1718 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Colby and Frances ---(?)---.

She died before 1742.¹

     Anne Delight Colby was born about 1924 in New Hampshire.³ She is the daughter of Willoughby Amos Colby and Helen Sayles.^1,2

     

Annie Frances Colby was a teacher in Gonic, Franklin, and Bow, NH, as well as School District Treasurer, Town Librarian, and Tax Collector.² She was born on 28 March 1888 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.^1,2 She was the daughter of Frank Edgar Colby M.D. and Caroline Priscilla Dubia.¹ The census of 1900 shows Annie F. Colby, 12, at school, in the household of Frank E. Colby and Caroline Colby, at Bow.³

She married John Webster Foote.⁴

From 1923 to 18 September 1962, Annie Frances Colby was Bow's first female Town Clerk.²

She died on 18 September 1962 in Bow, at age 74.⁴

     Anthon W. Colby was born on 7 December 1850 in Andover, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.^1,2 He was the son of Harrison Colby and Judith Elkins Whitcher.¹
As of from 1865 to 1869, Anthon lived at Vineland, Cumberland County, New Jersey.³ Fall of 1869 , Anthon W. Colby moved to at Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, to care for his aged parents, who had sold the Potter Place farm in Andover and returned to their native town to end their days.³ From 1870 to 1878, Anthon W. Colby carried the mail from Concord to Dunbarton and Bow. He was the first postmaster at Bow Mills.^4,5

He married Jessie L. Brown on 28 August 1873 in Bow.⁶

The census of 1880 shows Anthen W. Colby, Anthen was a mail carrier, and Jessie L. Colby, listed with Eva Mary Colby living at Bow.⁷ In 1888, Anthon W. Colby began employment at the State House in Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.⁴

He died on 26 March 1897 in Bow, at age 46.³ He and Jessie L. Brown were buried in Evans (North) Cemetery on White Rock Hill Rd, by Turee Pond, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.⁸

     Anthony Colby was baptized on 8 September 1605 in Horbling, Lincolnshire, England.¹ He was the son of Thomas Colby and Anne Jackson.¹

As of 1654, Anthony lived at West of the Powow River, Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts, Thomas Macy sold him a house.

He died on 1 February 1661 at age 55.²
