Lydia Cary of Bridgewater married Ephraim Howard of Bridgewater on 24 June 1821 in the Fourth Church of Christ in Bridgewater, now the First Congregational Church, Brockton . (Intention not recorded.) She was his first wife.3,4

She died on 22 February 1831 at age 30.5 She was buried in Union Cemetery, Centre Street, North Bridgewater (now Brockton), Plymouth County, Massachusetts.5
