"This was the first Cary that settled on Cary Hill, about 1747."3
He married Mary Curtis on 30 December 1747 in the Fourth Church of Christ in Bridgewater, now the First Congregational Church, Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts . (Intention not recorded.).4
He died on 2 February 1813 at age 89.5 He was buried in North End or Ashland Cemetery, North Bridgewater (now Brockton), Plymouth County, Massachusetts.3
