The census of 1790 shows Benjamin Woodward in the household of Caleb Woodward and Sally Foster, at Washington, Sullivan County, New Hampshire. The census of 1800 shows Benjamin Woodward in the household of Caleb Woodward and Sally Foster, at Washington. He was in the navy, stationed at Portsmouth, N.H. and Charlestown, Mass.

He married Jane Weeks in 1812. He and Jane Weeks were listed as parents on the death record of ---(?)--- Woodward. Benjamin Woodward was listed as. 1823 he disappeared, and was presumed drowned.

She was baptized on 5 July 1795 in First Congregational Church, Newton Center, Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.2 She and Caleb Woodward published their marriage intention on 5 November 1815 in Newton.3

She married Capt. Caleb Woodward, son of Caleb Woodward and Sally Foster, on 19 November 1815 in Brookline, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1

She died on 26 April 1822 at age 31.

He married Mrs. Sally Foster on 1 December 1785 in Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.3 In 1787, Caleb settled in the south part of Washington, New Hampshire on land deeded to him this year.

The census of 1850 shows Caleb Woodward, 87, a farmer, and Eunice Woodward, 75, listed with Thomas P. Woodward and Olive W. Woodward living at Washington.4

He died on 12 June 1854 in East Washington, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, at age 91. He was buried in East Washington Churchyard, Washington, Sullivan County, New Hampshire.5

He was born on 25 July 1729 in Brookline, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Abraham Woodward and Sarah Gore.1

He married Hannah Cheever, daughter of John Chever and Hannah Bridge, on 21 November 1751 in Roxbury, Norfolk County (later Suffolk County), Massachusetts.

He died on 1 November 1772 in Brookline, at age 43 of a nervous fever, according to First Parish Church records.3

Capt. Caleb Woodward was a tanner and shoemaker. He was born on 24 December 1789 in Washington, Sullivan County, New Hampshire.1,2 He was the son of Caleb Woodward and Sally Foster. The census of 1800 shows Capt. Caleb Woodward in the household of Caleb Woodward and Sally Foster, at Washington. He was a soldier in the War of 1812, and a captain in the militia. He and Betsy Woodward published their marriage intention on 5 November 1815 in Newton, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.3 At the time of his marriage, he was shown as resident of at Newton.1

He married Betsey Woodward, daughter of John Chever Woodward and Releaf Whitney, on 19 November 1815 in Brookline, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.1 About 1819, Capt. Caleb Woodward managed the farm of Judge Haven. in Dedham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. 1820 he and George Hill purchased land on the west side of the Androscoggin River, where he soon built a sawmill, which became a favorite place of resort for the local children. Caleb lived on the south side of King St., near the covered bridge, Oxford, Oxford County, Maine. Lieutenant Caleb Woodward married Hannah Cary, daughter of Ebenezer Cary and Martha Brock, on 30 April 1825 at Hebron, Oxford County, Maine.4,5
