     Aurelia Veazey was born on 20 March 1816 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, Daughter of Henry Veazey, pastor of the Baptist Church in Bow from 1817 to 1824.1

She married James Green Alexander, son of Enoch Alexander and Meriam Colby, on 8 January 1841.2

The census of 1850 shows James Green Alexander and Aurelia Veazey, listed with Charles H. Alexander living at Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.3

The census of 1860 shows James G. Alexander, 45, a switch-tender on the railroad, with $300 real estate and $300 personal estate, and Amelia B. Alexander, 44, listed with Charles H. Alexander living at Concord.4

The census of 1870 shows James G. Alexander, 55, a railroad watchman, with $5000 real estate and $2000 personal estate, and Aurelia Alexander, 54, keeping house, listed with Charles H. Alexander living at Concord.5

The census of 1880 shows James G. Alexander, James was a switchman, and Orphia Alexander living at Concord.6

She died on 9 September 1887 in Bow, at age 71.1
