     Clinton Rowell was born say 1855. He was the son of Amos Rowell and Mary Edith Davis.¹

He married Gertrude Agnes Mansley on 29 June 1889 in Nashua, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.²

     Edith Rowell was born on 30 July 1795 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, Daughter of John Rowell of Bow.¹

She married Aaron Colby, son of James Colby and Susannah Stewart, on 25 December 1817 in Bow.² They purchased the farm where John Benson lived in 1889. They lived there until 1838, when they sold to Bartholomew Stevens.¹ In 1838, Edith and Aaron purchased the farm formerly owned by Richard Potter at Andover, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.¹

The census of 1850 shows Aaron Colby, Aaron was a farmer with $3,000 real estate. His son Sylvanius was a depot manager, and Edith Colby, listed with Sylvanius Colby living at Andover.³ In 1867, Edith and Aaron sold their Andover home and bought the Hoag farm in Bow.¹ She and Aaron Colby were buried in Evans (North) Cemetery on White Rock Hill Rd, by Turee Pond, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.⁴

She died on 15 March 1877 in Bow, at age 81.¹ She was buried in Evans (North) Cemetery on White Rock Hill Rd, by Turee Pond, Bow.

     Frances Rowell was born about 1855. She was the daughter of Amos Rowell and Mary Edith Davis.¹

She married ---(?)--- Crooker.

     Hannah Rowell was born in January 1653 in Salisbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Valentine Rowell and Joanna Pindor.

She married Thomas Colby, son of Anthony Colby and Susanna ---(?)---, on 16 September 1674 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹

She died on 9 August 1707 in Amesbury, at age 54.¹

     Ida Rowell was born about 1855. She was the daughter of Amos Rowell and Mary Edith Davis.¹

She married Horace Gage.²

     John Rowell was born in 1645.¹ He was the son of Valentine Rowell and Joanna Pindor.¹

He died young.¹

     John Rowell was born say 1655. He was the son of Valentine Rowell and Joanna Pindor.¹

He died on 18 February 1656.¹

     Loranna Rowell was born about 1837.¹

She married John B. Green, son of Samuel Rogers Green and Jane Taggart, about 1859.²

She died after 1890 in Concord, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.¹

     Martha A. Rowell was born on 11 November 1858.¹ She was the daughter of Peter C. Rowell and Mary Hacket Ordway.¹

     Mary Rowell was born on 5 February 1670/71 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Deacon Thomas Rowell and Sarah Barnes.¹

She married Thomas Colby, son of John Colby and Frances Hoyt.¹

She died in 1740.¹

     Mary Rowell was born on 31 January 1650.¹ She was the daughter of Valentine Rowell and Joanna Pindor.¹

     Mary E. Rowell was born about 1882. She was the daughter of Charles Rowell and Jane Russell.¹

     Mary S. Rowell was born on 22 May 1853 in New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Peter C. Rowell and Mary Hacket Ordway.¹

She married Joseph Tufts in 1870 in New Hampshire.²
