     Marguerite Poore was born on 9 October 1893 in Goffstown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.¹ She was the daughter of Herbert E. Poore and Hattie Josephine Colby.¹

She married Gordon Lee Tallman on 4 December 1918.¹

     Mary Louise Poore is the daughter of Benjamin Poore and Mary Perley Dodge.¹

     Walter Scott Poore was born on 11 August 1835.¹ He was the son of Benjamin Poore and Mary Perley Dodge.¹

He died on 25 December 1870 in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California, at age 35.¹

     

She married Gen. Israel Putnam, son of Joseph Putnam and Elizabeth Porter, in 1738 and moved to Pomfret, Windham County, Connecticut.¹

     

David G. Pope was a school teacher. He was born about 1947.

He married Jacqueline Lee Chamberlain, daughter of Jack Stevens Chamberlain and Edith Mae Lucas, on 25 September 1971.

     Janis Pope was born about 1970. She is the daughter of David G. Pope and Jacqueline Lee Chamberlain.

     Robert Pope was born about 1968. He is the son of David G. Pope and Jacqueline Lee Chamberlain.

     Sarah Pope was born about 1656 daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Jenny) Pope.¹

She married Samuel Hinckley, son of Thomas Hinckley and Mary Richards, on 13 November 1676 in Barnstable, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.²
     Samuel's widow remarried at Barnstable Thomas Huckins, a widower.¹ Shortly thereafter , Thomas and Sarah (Pope) (Hinckley) Huckins moved to Harwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts with their respective children.¹ The will of Sarah Huckens, widow of Harwich, dated 5 January 1726/27¹, proved 5 July 1727, mentioned "my three daughters Mary Bangs, Mercy Crosby, and Hannah Paine," "heirs of my son Thomas Hinkley, deceased," and sons Samuel Hinckley, "Shobal" Hinckley, Job Hinckley, Josiah Hinckley, and Elnathan hinckley. Her will also mentioned three granddaughters, Sarah Paine, Mary Bangs, and Sarah Bangs. Her son-in-law Joseph Paine was to be executor.¹

     

He married Caroll Conant, daughter of Avery W. Conant and Clara Moore of Canton.¹

     

She married Josiah Mix, son of Thomas Mix and Deborah Royce, on 23 December 1742 in Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut, as his second wife.¹

She married in August 1753, as her second husband, Anijah Ives.¹

     

She married Stephen Mix, son of Thomas Mix and Deborah Royce, on 17 September 1760 in Kensington, Hartford County, Connecticut, as his second wife.²

     Anna Porter was born about 1745, daughter of Elijah and Dorothy Porter of Topsfield.²

She married Dr. William Hale, son of Thomas Hale and Mary Kimball, on 8 November 1770 (int. 13 Oct 1770). They joined the Boxford church 29 Dec 1771.¹

She married Capt. William Perley of Boxford, son of Capt. Francis Perley and Huldah Putnam, on 22 January 1793.²

She died on 15 September 1800.¹

     Anna Porter was born the daughter of John and Apphia Porter, innholder of Danvers.¹

She married Eliphalet Perley, son of Asa Perley and Susannah Low, on 24 March 1774 in Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts.¹

Anna, wife of Eliphalet of Fitchburg, bought 26 Dec 1783, for £30, of Aaron Jewett of Harvard, gentleman, administrator of the estate of John Park, late of Fitchburg.—Registry, 94: 347.²

She died on 10 July 1823 . The particulars of her death were given by her daughter Clarissa to her brother Henry, of Boxford, 29 Aug 1823, as follows:

"Mother died July 10. She had long been sick. About a week previous to her death a violent cough set in, which finally terminated her life. . . . Uncle Perley of Gardner called on us a few days since. He is well for a man of his age. He said he thought he should go to Boxford this fall. . . . There is no one left in our solitary dwelling but my sister Betsey and myself. My brother Allen lives in town. Brother Andrew died last fall—his family live about a mile from us. We have lately had letters from my brother and sister at Vienna, N. Y. Putnam often wishes to know if we have heard from Boxford."
