     Royce Bennet was born on 16 January 1872 in Ohio.^1,2 He was the son of Corporal Frank W. Bennett and Ella Frances Roys. The census of 1880 shows Royce Bennet in the household of Corporal Frank W. Bennett and Ella Frances Roys, at Prospect St., Wellington, Lorain County, Ohio.²

He married Lena ---(?)--- in 1895 or 1896.³

The census of 1910 shows Royce Bennet, superintendent of brick machine works, and Lena ---(?)---, listed with Irene Bennet living at Prospect St., Wellington.³

He died in March 1940 at age 68.¹

     ---(?)--- Bennett was born about 1875.² ---(?)--- Bennett was the child of Corporal Frank W. Bennett and Ella Frances Roys.¹

     Elizabeth Elzina Bennett was born on 29 July 1872 in Goffstown, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of William E. Bennett and Miriam Sawyer Colby.¹ She died young.¹

     Eva May Bennett was born in 1882 or 1883 in New Hampshire.¹

She married Arthur Sherman Colby, son of Alfred Colby and Thirza Jan Harris, on 15 June 1910.²

The census of 1920 shows Arthur S. Colby, 45, a house painter, and Eva M. Colby, 37, listed with Natalie V. Colby, Perry Colby and William E. Colby living at 776 Hanover Street, Manchester, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.¹

     

He married Harriet Hunt, daughter of Nathan Hunt and Abigail Hale, on 24 January 1825 in Groton, Grafton County, New Hampshire, by Rev. William Elliot.²

     Corporal Frank W. Bennett was born on 5 December 1844 in Wellington, Lorain County, Ohio, His father born in Vermont, and his mother in Massachusetts.^1,2 Between 1863 and 1865, Corporal Frank W. Bennett a corporal in Co. C, 86th regt., Ohio infantry. He served two years and two days.³

He married Ella Frances Roys, daughter of Lorenzo Roys and Helen M. Watson, about 1869.¹ In 1870, Corporal Frank W. Bennett was a cheeseebox maker.⁴

Also in the household was Cora Harris, 21, a servant., and Ella Frances Roys, listed with Royce Bennet living at Prospect St., Wellington, Lorain County, Ohio.⁵ He appeared on the 1890 census of Civil War veterans at Wellington.³ , he applied for a passport. He is listed as 5 ft. 7 in. tall, high forehead, brown eyes, long nose, small mouth, round chin, grayish hair, fair complexion and long face.²

He married Miriam Sawyer Colby, daughter of Jesse Colby and Sally Persis Austin, on 30 June 1870.²

     Andrew James Benson was born on 25 September 1878 in Auburn, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.^1,2 He was the son of James Benson Jr. and Sarah Elizabeth Fox.¹

He died in 1879.¹
