     [twins] Perley were born on 19 July 1771.1 [twins] Perley was the child of Rev. Humphrey Clark Perley and Elizabeth Mighill of Georgetown.1

They both questionably died on 15 September 1800 at age 29 . It seems highly unlikely that two unnamed twins would both die at the age of 29 on the same date.1
