She married Nathaniel Perley, son of Amos Perley and Margaret Cogswell, on 30 October 1753 or 31 October 1753 in Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, . They were third cousins.1 She and Nathaniel Perley joined the First Church at Boxford, on 14 March 1762, when two children were baptised and where the others were afterwards.2 She was buried in Harmony Cemetery, East Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, in the same plot with Nathaniel Perley.1

She married Capt. Ancill Stickney on 27 June 1793 . Their home was in East Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, and the house was recently (as of 1906) standing on its original site in the woods in front of Capt. Samuel Kimball's.1
She died on 23 October 1837 at age 70 . She bequeathed, by her will, dated 19 Sep 1835, and proved in Nov 1837, her personal estate that remained, to aid in building a meeting house. The First Church edifice was erected soon after.2

Moody Perley was born on 16 March 1760 in Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, north of Baldpate pond. His first home was the Killam house, which has burned, on the left of the road from Boxford village to Georgetown, and near what was the Francis Marden place. In 1801 or '02, he removed to the Flint Tyler place, which in 1880 was the Adams place, on the old Andover road, about half a mile from his former residence. About 1827, he removed to the "old Andrews house," in the southern part of the town, later occupied by Albert Tyler.
He was a surveyor of highways 1797, 1806, 1814; hogreeve 1815; member of the school board 1807. He was esteemed for his numerous good qualities. He left a considerable estate.2 He was the son of Moses Perley and Hannah Frye.1
He married Abigail Gould on 10 December 1793.2
He died on 23 September 1833 at age 73.2 He and Abigail Gould were buried in Harmony Cemetery, East Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts, , where double stone marks their resting-place.2
