He married Flora Mack on 30 March 1855 in Massachusetts.⁴

     Elroy Robert Ordway was born on 10 January 1877 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² He was the son of Robert Mason Ordway and Lizzie F. Merrill.¹

     Jonathan C. Ordway was born on 21 March 1821 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² He was the son of Robert Ordway and Sally A. Colby.¹ On 24 December 1831 , Jonathan Colby Ordway froze to death at between his home in Bow and Hooksett, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, at age 10.³ He was buried in Brown/Nichols Cemetery on Dunbarton Center Road, Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.³

     Martha Colby Ordway was born on 18 September 1829 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Robert Ordway and Sally A. Colby.¹

She married Horace H. Elliot, son of Moses Elliot and Susan Wheeler, on 6 September 1847 in Bow, . They were second cousins, once removed.^3,4

The census of 1880 shows Martha Elliott, listed with Eva M. Elliott and Edson H. Elliott living at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Also in the household was Christine Atkinson, 27, a dressmaker from New Brunswick.⁵

     Mary Hacket Ordway was born on 20 July 1823 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² She was the daughter of Robert Ordway and Sally A. Colby.¹

She married D. Gilman Elliot, son of David Elliot and Nancy Colby, on 17 October 1847 in Dunbarton, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, . They were second cousins.^3,4

She married Peter C. Rowell about 1852 in New Hampshire.⁵

     Matthew Scoby McCurdy Ordway was born on 4 December 1836 in Bow, Merrimack County, New Hampshire.² He was the son of Robert Ordway and Sally A. Colby.¹ The census of 1850 shows Matthew Ordway in the household of Robert Ordway and Sally A. Ordway, at Bow.³

He married Lorana Jameson about 1870 in Massachusetts.⁴

He died on 18 June 1900 in Bow, at age 63.⁴
