Susanna North was executed for witchcraft on 19 July 1692 in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts, at age 70.

He married Mary Dickinson, daughter of Sgt. John Dickinson and Frances Foote, in 1674 in Hatfield, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.² In 1715, Samuel Northam of Hadley moved to Deerfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts.²

He died in Colchester, New London County, Connecticut.²
