Isaiah Ingalls¹

b. 5 June 1787

Isaiah Ingalls was born on 5 June 1787, son of Isaiah and Phoebe (Herrick) Ingalls.¹

He married Sophia Perley, daughter of Daniel Perley and Rebecca Porter.¹

In 1816, Isaiah Ingalls was elected captain 10 Jul 1816 by his company of Light Infantry attached to the 2^d Regiment, 1^st Brigade and 12^th Division of the Mass. Militia. He was commissioned 20 Jul 1816 by Gov. John Brooks, Alden Bradford, Sec'y; and qualified before John Perley, major of the regiment. The original document was in possession of his son George Henry Ingalls of Boston.²

Nathan Ingalls was born on 19 September 1751 in Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts, son of Deacon Josiah and Eunice Ingalls.²

He married Sarah Hale, daughter of Moses Hale and Abigail Emerson, on 10 October 1785, as his second wife.² In 1803, Nathan Ingalls moved to Peterboro, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.²

He died on 9 March 1814 in Peterboro, at age 62.²
