Through the Year in Fairbanks, Alaska July 8, 2007 "Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:" (Matthew 6:28b) The flowers in our yard are really starting to take off! The delphiniums, fireweed and toadflax are covered with buds and blossoms. The Chives are still coming on strong. I thought I would share some pretty flower pictures today - along with some pics of Northern Golden Bumble Bees! Enjoy! The blossom this year are in many beautiful shades of blues, purples and mixes of the two colors. The Irises have gone to seed now. Hopefully we'll have a lot more plants next year!
