I remembered to bring my
wide angle lens this time!
Here's a view of the entry
way from the parking lot. Here's the cactus garden
room that Roger thought
was "really bloody hot." It's not the heat.
It's the humidity. ;-)

These two strange birds seemed
to have been following me
where ever I went. Selections from the
carnivorous plant room. These are tropical pitcher plants. Little buggies fall into the
"pitcher" and whoosh! Dinner!

These tall stalk looking things
are also hungry little beggars. Venus fly traps. One of the hard-working landskeepers, hiding
in the bamboo.

This palm is huge. I think
I want something like
this in my kids show. Lush greenery abounds in
the tropical plant house. Smaller palms, but
still pretty large.

Care for a banana or two? One of the hardworking volunteers on the other side of the bridge in the tropical house. I have no clue what these
are, but I know Lisa does!

they are wearing purple. ;-)

Victorian Garden Room. A tall shot of the bamboo trees. There's that
volunteer again.
