This is a transcript of an 11 page document I found at the Historical Society of Harford County when I (Ron Carty) paid a visit there on Wednesday August 6, 1997. In the Archives Section of the building was a card catalog for the archives. I looked at the name WEST and found the card that lead me to these pages plus at least a dozen other cards that I did not pursue yet. I have tried to be as exact as I can reading this hand writing. Any notes in italics are mine. Any mark such as this:(?) means I can't decipher the original hand writing.
