This Indenture made the fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two.

Between Adam Procious and Elizabeth his wife and J. C. Procious parties of the first part and William I. Procious party of the second part.

Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged.

Have remised released quite-claimed and by these presents do remise quite-claim unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns.

All that certain tract piece parcel of land situated and lying in the Township of Mahoning County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows viz:

Beginning at the south west corner at a post, thence by lands of George Shoemaker north eighty nine degrees west sixty two percels to a post, thence by lands of John Cramer and others north one degree east one hundred and seventy eight percels to a post, thence by lands of Northwestern Coal and Iron Co. south eighty nine degrees east sixty five percels to a post, thence by lands of Northwestern Coal and Iron Co. south two degrees west one hundred and seventy eight percels to the place of the beginning.

Being part of a large tract of land conveyed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to John Moorhead Sr. (Deceased)

By patent dated the 30th day of January A. D. 1844 and Warrant date the 20th day of March A. D. 1811 No 6029

And the said John Moorhead Sr. (Deceased) bequeath the same to Isacc and Joseph Moorhead by his last will and testment dated June 6th A. D. 1834

And conveyed by Joseph Moorhead to Isacc Moorhead by Deed dated February 5th A. D. 1848

And conveyed by Isacc Moorhead to Miles Moorhead by Deed dates November 14th A. D. 1868

And conveyed by Miles Moorhead and William Forsythe by Deed dated March 19th A. D. 1869 rcorded in the Office for Recording Deeds for said County of Armstrong in Deed Book Vol 36 Page 221

And conveyed by William A. Forsythe and Catharine Forsythe his wife by deed bearing date the 15th April 1885 William Procious.

Together with all sigulars the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof.

To Have And To Hold the said premises with all and singular the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said parties of the second part his heirs and assigns Forever.

Recorded the day of the date above Indenture of the above named William I. Procious the sum of one Dollar lawful money of the United States being consideration money above mentioned in full.

On the 4th day of August A. D. 1892 before me the subscribed a Notary Public personally came the above name J. C. Procious who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing indenture to be his act and desire that the same might be recorded as such.

On this 22 day of December A. D. 1892 before me the subscribed came the above named Adam Procious and Mary M. his wife who in due form of law acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desire that the same might be recorded as such.

The said Mary M. being of full age and by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the said Indenture being first made fully know.

She declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed delivered the same without any coercion or compultion of her said husband.

Recieved at Kittanning Pa this 19th day of January 1893 of Willam I. Procious purchaser of a certain tract of land situated in Mahoning Township Armstrong County Pennsylvania.

Know as the Forsythe farm, being the property of the Estate of William Procious (Deceased) the sum of three hundred and thirty eight dollars and fourty six cents ($338.46) the same being two shares or parts of the purchase money paid by William I. Procious for said aboved described tract of land and being the two part as shares due the following two heirs as as said decedent to wit:

Adam Procious and J. C. Procious as their share of the purchase money in full on this date the 14th day of June A. D. 1892

Between the said Adam Procious and J. C. Procious as heirs of William Procious (Deceased) and William I. Procious.

And the above named heirs having duly authorize us as there agents to act in their behalf and to deliever this said deed to the said William I. Procious purchaser upon the payment to us of said above sum of money and authorized us to receipt to him for payment of the same
