Walter Rugh (1880-1942) was the son of Henry Keck Rugh & Caroline Victoria (nee Terrell) of Scotland County Missouri.
Ben Bolen is unknown to us.
Frank Tackaberry is no doubt connected to the family of Anna Tackaberry, wife of George Washington Rugh, but the exact connection is unknown at this time. Perhaps he is a nephew?
