Mr. Tipton Biggs of Omaha Nebraska has contacted me and expressed the opinion that these are children of Henry & Caroline. He feels that they are Mary Rugh (seated) and (left to right, standing) Bert Rugh, Minnie Rugh, Cora Rugh, and Walter Rugh. After comparison with other photos including recent ones sent by Tip I think he is right.
