James Jay Cook (1880-1974) & wife, Mary Alice (Rugh) Cook (1878-1970).
Jim's birthplace is unknown to me. He died in Kirksville Missouri and is in the Kirksville cemetery. Mary Alice was born a daughter of Henry Keck Rugh & wife, Caroline Victoria (nee Terrell) near Azen in Scotland Co., MO. She died in Memphis Missouri and is buried in the Kirksville Cemetery alongside husband, Jim.
