Laverta (nee Nelson) Reeves was born in 1912 in Pendleton Oregon to Chase Clark Nelson and Nellie (nee Rugh).

She married twice. First to Arthur Raymond Knox and (second) to Raymond Carne Reeves.

She presently (2000) lives in Montclair Califonia.
