Carrol & Norma were children of Leos Earl Biggs & wife, Leah (nee Crowder).

Carrol Leon Biggs was born in 1927 in Scotland county Missouri and died there in 1945. He is buried in the Memphis Cemetery.

Norma Euleta was born in Scotland County in 1922 and died in 1986 in Columbia Missouri. She is buried in the Memphis Cemetery. Norma was married to Paul Westhoff.
