Wagner(s) [ these "s" are german genitiv] zu Schillersdorf ehelicher Sohn u(nd) Jungfrau Anna Dorothea weyl.Meister Friedrich Harnussberger(s) gewes (enen) Burger(s) u(nd) Tabakmacher(s) hinterl. (= hinterlassene) ehel. ( = eheliche) Tochter

This translates into English to be something like:

On the 12th of April after 3 times proclamation ordentlich (ordentlich = something like respecting the rules) were here married and blessed Niclaus Mercklin his job cartwright mate son of Hans Georg Mercklin citizen and master cartwright in Schillersdorf and miss Anna Dorothea remained and legitimate daughter of the late Friedrich Harnus(s)berger former citizen and master tobacco maker (producer?).
