Translation to English (a combination from the efforts of both gentlemen):

1710 the 17 of June brought (or let) Christian Mercklin, cartwright*, in Lambsheim
(and his) legitimate wife Anna Catharina a little daughter baptized,
Godparents were Theobald Bau(sch?) citizen of Lambssheim with
wife Margaretha (Catharina?). The child was named Margaretha Catharina.
