Translation to English (a combination from the efforts of both gentlemen):

-- Christian Merklin, citizen and cartwright* at Lambsheim with
wife Anna Catharina --- the 13 of October a little son baptized,
godparents were Johann Conrad (Brimer ?) from Lambsheim, the child
is called Johann Conrad.
*cartwright = wagon/coach maker/repairer
