Translation to English (a combination from the efforts of both gentlemen):
Mar 23 1719
Mr. Christian Mercklin citizen and cartwright* at Lambsheim with
wife Anna Catharina allowed on the 23 of March here a little daughter
to be baptized. The godmother was Appolonia Kerber(in), the child
is called: Maria Appolonia.
