Mr. Christian Mercklin Burger und Wagner zu Lam (ssheim) cum uxore Anna Catharina liessen den 23ten Martii daselbst ein Tochterlein, taufte, gevatterin war: ... Appolonia Kerberin, das Kind heist: Maria Appolonia.

Mr. Christian Mercklin Burger und Wagner zu Lam (ssheim) cum uxore Anna Catharina liessen den 23ten Martii daselbst ein Tochterlein,
tauffen, gevatterin war: ... Appolonia Kerber(in), das Kind heist(= heisst): Maria Appolonia.

Translation to English (a combination from the efforts of both gentlemen):

Mar 23 1719
Mr. Christian Mercklin citizen and cartwright* at Lambsheim with wife Anna Catharina allowed on the 23 of March here a little daughter to be baptized. The godmother was Appolonia Kerber(in), the child is called: Maria Appolonia.

*cartwright = wagon/coach maker/repairer
