Sarena (Rule) Webb (1854-1881)
Lelah tells us that Sarena Rule was the first wife of William Teeter Webb of Scotland County. She was a daughter of Thomas Berry Rule and wife, Mary Jane.
Sarena & William Webb were the parents of Lela Nevada (Webb) Lough.
