Lelah tells us that her grandfather, John D. Lough, was born in Memphis Missouri in 1866. He was once a Scotland County Deputy Sheriff. He died in 1942 in Ainsworth Iowa and is buried in the Memphis Cemetery.
Lela, daughter of William Teeter Webb & Sarena (nee Rule), was born Lela in Memphis Missouri in 1872. She died in Kahoka in 1951 and is buried in the Memphis Cemetery.
