On the back of the photo it simply says that Sam Westfall is the son of Rosie Ragsdale, sister to James Ragsdale.

Whoa! Is this correct? I show (perhaps erroneously) that Westfall was the father of of the first two children of Sarah Jane Way (4 th wife of Albert Ragsdale). Do the Westfall's marry into the family twice? Anone know for sure?

Do I have someting very wrong in regards to the Westfalls? I will have to go back and carefully recheck my sources in regards to Sarah Jane Way and just who the "Westfalls" were.
