Phoebe is at center front. Husband James Ragsdale is thought to be the older gentleman at left rear. The other two younger gentlemen in front as well as the young lady at the right rear remain unnamed. This photo is thought to have most likely been taken in/near Noel Missouri before about 1923 when James & Phoebe moved to California. Or it could be in California (Redlands?) after 1923. Can anyone offer an opinion?
