Harvey is the brother of Phoebe Ragsdale (nee Simmons).

Pictured here is Harvey & wife Beckie with daughter Hattie Turner & grandaughter Vera Turner.

I am a little suspicious that the date given at the rear of the photo was actually the date the photo was taken. Can anyone help with this? The clue might be in knowing Vera's birth year. She appears to me to be about 12 years old here, but I had previously (perhaps erroneously) estimated her birth date as "about 1896". This b. date would make her 24 years old in 1920.
