Charley (Charles Hays) Ragsdale was born on May 24, 1878 at McPherson, Kansas to James A. Ragsdale & Phoebe Ann (nee Simmons).

About 1899 Charley married Coral Alice Axtel.

Coral died on October 5, 1929 in Pryor Oklahoma.

Charley married "Ella" sometime after 1929.

He died in Pryor on January 2, 1971.
